Model FTB2-5W (Electrical Drive)
FTB series were designed by Frontier, Japan and manufactured by Frontier Jonhuah Corp. in Taiwan, who is our subsidiary company. 
FTB2-5W is specialized in wide mouth jar production and is using Japanese parts for the main components as well as FTB2-5L and FTB2-2L. In order to insert wide mouth proforms into carriers precisely, star wheel mechanism is introduced. The rotary type reheating zone with a small pitch can reheat preforms efficiently and the pitch is widen to 240mm at the blow station to blow 5liter bottles at the maximum. A new concept is put into the preform carrier to eliminate blowing load out of the blow mold and machine frame in blow molding. (Patent pending)
We release a new FTB model, which is capable to blow 5 gallon bottles at the maximum.
Model FMB-2S (Electrical Drive)
This is an upgraded model of FMB-1, which was exhibited in IPF2005 with a good reputation.
The machine is applicable to medical bottle production, because anti-dust and anti-wearing are well considered.
A system consists of an electrical drive injection molding machine, preform take-out robot and preform post cooling equipment is exhibited to propose an integrated unit. The 2 cavity blow mold with a 45mm pitch has a light weight and it can be held with a hand. A booster compressor to create high pressure can be built into the machine as option (The exhibited machine has the booster compressor in it.).
FMB-1 has been already launched into medical, cosmetic and stationary bottle production.
This FMB-2S is a tandem version of FMB-1. PET, PEN, PP, HDPE, COP can be applied to the machine.
Model FRB-8 (Electrical Drive)
This FRB-8 is a rotary type high speed stretch- blow molding machine, which has 8 blowing stations.
Since we released a rotary type cup blow molding machine in 2002, we have kept supplying rotary machines along with each customer's requirements. The FRB-8 is a third generation rotary machine for us, which is designed based on the proven technology adding the new concept and utilizing the latest material. It is capable to produce up to 2liter size with a 160bpm speed at the maximum.
Model BIO-F6HS (Electrical Drive)
This BIO-F6HS is a linear type high speed stretch- blow molding machine, which has 6 blowing cavities.
The BIO series have been well accepted in the market being used in the wide range of foods, soft drinks and etc. We renewed design of preform feed and bottle eject stations on the model, resulting in high speed. It is capable to produce up to 1liter size with a 7,200 bph speed at the maximum.
The mold change can be done within 30 minutes in case of common neck finish and it has an air recycle circuit to reuse high compressed blowing air for operation of the machine.
